AS for driving through deep water, we have a Stupid Motorist Law in Az. If you drive into a flooded wash (barricades or not) and you have to be rescued you will pay the tab. We live in the desert but still idiots die every year. Last year we had a guy in a rural community try to drive 2 families across a flooded river in an old military duce and a half and he lost 5 kids.... Just so they could go to school. Idiot!!
