Personally, I've been impressed with Dr. Fauci.
I can see why he polled better than Trump recently. For, people trust Fauci more than they trust Trump.

Does he have any economic connection to Gilead, the maker of the expensive drug, Rendesivir, he has lauded, as do 7 member of the advisory board of the NIH? Those are legitimate questions Fauci should have answered by now.
The NIH gets one-third of its budget from “donations” of patent drug companies, how much directly from Gilead is unclear.

He deserves no Awards but at the same time he deserves no blame nobody really knows how to handle this pandemic. Ultimately it will be handled and we will get a vaccine and then hopefully we can put this behind us. I'm looking for results and not blame

I think Fauci has done a great job of informing us of an ever changing knowledge of the Covid 19 virus and what the current best practices are. Those best practices change as the knowledge changes. It is not Fauci's fault that he is dealing with a dynamic situation.
