Last week I posted a "somewhat recipe" for pot roast that was outstanding---and has grown even better with age
Unfortunately, trying to add a forgotten ingredient after the fact from my phone resulted in deleting the original post. A problem I oft encounter with my phone.
Anyway---I have now edited my "base" recipe to reflect what I did and it is below.
