Ther's never been common sense at elections. People are too worked up or divided by what their "party" says about the other to stop and realize that they are voting in the same people they are complaining about.

Not sure yet, then check the campaign sign out for the people that say they are conservative or fiscal responsible, etc... Haven't seen any that say I'm for wild ass spending, nuclear war, etc....

We are screwed by a system that "allows" us to think we are making a difference, but not really. Think of the guy that ran for city council and is now mayor, running for governor and the Congress. Only step from there is President.

So when Trump comes along, we're fed up and want someone different, but guess what we got an self serving guy that does NOT care about the rest of the nation and instead of try to bring everyone together he's content with dividing us even further apart. What a wasted opportunity for change that benefits all not just a few so he can get re-elected.
