How Disbanding the Police in Texas Would Work

    911: What's your emergency?

Texan: I would like to report an attempted burglary.

911: Would you like us to send a social worker out?

Texan: No, I need the department of sanitation.

    911: Department of sanitation?

Texan: Yes, I need to know whether to put this dead piece of crap on the curb for Wednesday pickup or if they want to pick it up now.

How it would work on the left coast.

    911-What's the emergency

Caller- My neighbor has triggered me.

911-Oh I am so sorry can you tell me more.

Caller- I heard him yell at his dog in a disrespectful way.

911- Thanks for reporting that we will prioritize this situation and send a safe place unit as well as professional help to get you through this trauma.

Caller- Thank you tell them to please hurry.

Are you referencing the woman who was shot in downtown Denver while encouraging her doggie to poop? Smack in the middle of Wokedom.

No I just made that up as an example of how things could be if some were able to gain total control.

I'm staying gout of all this. I have no clue what "Wokedom" or a "Karen" are and don't care..... Probably media BS... I've tuned out the protest as white noise and I'm sure others have as well....

Despite my pessimism, I agree with you and Phillbo etc... It's pretty much across the board now, white, black, qay, every one is looking for a free ride it seems. Glad I'm finally out of the workplace, especially the boss part.

Looking quickly for the pay-off bit, I couldn’t make it through that piece on Teddy Roosevelt, Ben. Too long and disjointed. My attention span these days is 15 seconds...max.
