There is only one American sub-culture which produces this behavior without internal condemnation, or so little of it, it is invisible. I will wager that not one of you is shocked or even surprised by this video.
Notice that the guy commenting in the second video of the Amazon truck plundering is O.K. with the looters stealing from a store, but if the loot comes from customers only then does it cross the line in his mind.

Man buys himself a new car. Locks his keys in the car along with his 1 year-old daughter in 95 degree Las Vegas heat. Flags down passing police officer, but refuses permission to let them break a window “because could not afford to fix it.” Cops finally break window after a couple of hours according to witness, but child dies.
What the hell! Are cops so besieged they refuse to act sensibly?
