In some cases it’s all about camera facetime, but in this one it’s about the loot and painful damage the rioters can cause. Turning off the cameras will not ground the plundering as long as it can be done with impunity. They care nothing about talking to cameras. Have you seen any of the looters giving interviews about their demands for better society?
