    If this does not infuriate you---it should

    The guy is hand cuffed, laying on the ground and the "officer" puts as much pressure as possible on his neck--while he rolls it back and forth.

    Give him a fair trial then hang him. The symbolism would go a long way.

    His coworkers who failed to step in deserve harsh punishment as well.

    If someone commits a crime and someone is killed are not all charged with murder? They stood by and did nothing or even joined in. If a bystander had tried to intervene they may have suffered the same fate. The other officers on scene where the only ones the could have prevented it. Guilty they all are.
