This is really meaningful for me . Alameda County EMS had Challenge coins minted to recognize the exceptional efforts and personal risk taken by the EMT's and Paramedics serving the citizens of Alameda County. Myself and the other EMT's that work for me at Arcadia Ambulance were all awarded one
