Not meant in any way to be flippant, but in an effort to reduce possible exposure at the butcher shop---this week we will begin dinning on moose, wild bore, venison and what is left of a heritage (Berkshire pig). On the up side---this has fostered improved management of the refrigerator and freezers.
Easter Sunday will be a ham from a wild bore rather than a leg of lamb
Other than that---I am working from home and that is actually getting better as more and more of us adapt to it. My wife might not be adapting as easily as me---the poor woman has a deeply rooted addiction---to shopping---and on-line just doesn't measure up!
To date, only my one associate on Long Island has actually had the virus. Many more in the family are impacted at work. One son is not working but being paid, another is working with his spouse working 1/2 time. My SIL is now off---he had been flying freight (United) to London but that has now stopped. His wife (an NP) is back to work at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia after a two week imposed quarantine. She had taken a weekend trip to London on one of her husbands normal passenger flights at the very beginning of this and when she got back they would not allow her to return to work.
...and the grandchildren are off from school and working on a business plan to raise ducks for eggs and profit----and guess who the reviewer of the business plan is
