    RE: The street fighter

Some here taut the guy as being truthful.

    Well here are the believers:https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/23/healt...ath/index.html

A Phoenix-area man is dead and his wife is under critical care after the two took chloroquine phosphate in an apparent attempt to self-medicate for the novel coronavirus, according to hospital system Banner Health.
Chloroquine has been touted by President Donald Trump as a possible treatment for Covid-19, but it's also "an additive commonly used at aquariums to clean fish tanks," Banner Health said in a statement. Chloroquine is approved by the Food and Drug Administration for treating malaria, lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. But the FDA has not approved it to treat the coronavirus........

......In Nigeria, health officials issued a warning about chloroquine, saying three people in the country have overdosed on the drug after Trump endorsed it as a potential treatment.
    And this:https://www.cnn.com/2020/03/23/polit...ngs/index.html

But I'll let you trump on about the great job he's doing.

Which brings me to something Fauci said about Trump in a remarkably candid interview with Science Magazine on Sunday. Here's the exchange (bolding mine):
Reporter: You've been in press conferences where things are happening that you disagree with, is that fair to say?

Fauci: Well, I don't disagree in the substance. It is expressed in a way that I would not express it, because it could lead to some misunderstanding about what the facts are about a given subject.
Now, Fauci is being as polite as he can be here. But make no mistake, what he's saying is this: Trump says things at these daily coronavirus task force press conferences that are not true.
    That's a very, very bad thing. .....

.....Whether it's his claims that the FDA had approved an anti-malarial vaccine to be used to treat coronavirus (they hadn't), his insistence that things are getting better (the US surgeon general said Monday "this week it's going to get bad") or his claim that GM and Ford are making ventilators (they aren't), there's a demonstrated pattern of untruth here by the President.
Which, in normal circumstances, is bad. But in a crisis like the one caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the ability to trust our leaders is paramount.

If the President is expressing himself in ways that "could lead to some misunderstanding about what the facts are about a given subject" (in Fauci's words) then the possibility of misinformation being pushed to the public is high. And that misinformation could cost lives.

When you’re talking truth, I suggest you pick another source, Fred, and make it one that has not insisted for years that President Trump colluded with Russians. Your choices are few.

Are you making a point? The all powerful Trump made someone drink poison? People find him offensive?

My understanding is that they took the aquarium version of the drug. It is not meant for human consumption. There is no telling what the composition might have been.

Fred why don't you grow a set and say what you really mean. That is you think this is all Trump's fault.

I have it on good authority (at least as good as Fred's) that Trump whipped the virus up one night in the White House basement and then had an unnamed operative plant it in the Wuhan marketplace to make it look like it originated in China while his real purpose was to have it cause a pandemic in the U.S. so that he could call off elections and remain in office as long as he wants. I personally know a guy who told me all about it after reading it on the dark web.

Fred has bought into the “Trump is either a fool or evil for promoting Hydoxychloraquine” meme, thus a man and wife who took fish tank cleaner is his responsibility.

We are learning a lot more about the HCQ regime as it pertains to Wuhan Flu treatment and the people opposed to it —

The most irrefutable statement in the article:

One fact now seems inescapable amid the infusions of “news” we’re being spoon-fed daily: You are being lied to by the mainstream media. But you knew that already.

A problem in a proper study of the drug and regime in treatment for this pestilence is getting people to volunteer in a blind study where half the cohort know they are likely to not get the drug. Who wants to be the one not getting an otherwise harmless drug that may well prevent very bad results? Who would be so foolish? I think we might have some takers though who have proved themselves not too smart in these things. Let the hardcore TDS sufferers & Trump haters exposed to the virus refuse the drug and catalog their results against those who do. Not perfect - it would not be random and blind - but it will have to do in our pinch.
