Hello SEC>> Can You say insider trading?

All 4 Senators need to be investigated and treated the same as Martha Stewart was
Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C .,Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., and James Inhofe, R-Okla.

Congress has carved out giant holes to protect themselves from insider trading laws. This is par for the course.

They actually dug a hole for themselves in 2012 with the STOCK Act. "The bill prohibits the use of non-public information for private profit, including insider trading by members of Congress and other government employees.

    Kind of Ironic
It passed the Senate on a 96-3 vote with the aformentioned Senator Burr casting one of the No votes

Ok, how about this. They knowingly sold an impared product and thus committed fraud. Whoever bought those shares was damaged, and possibly the entire "class" that traded that day.

I have a hard time accepting that politicians would need to cheat the system. For, they are stage front and center watching as government and business interacts. You can't help but learn good financial habits. It's like you're in school everyday.

The information I learned working in government made it relatively easy to make good personal financial decisions - no illegal acts were necessary. Simply pay attention to what is going on and you'll make money. I do think it's that simple.
