Actually, Joe, it sounds just like the things my wife and I do when getting a room. We expect a lot and tip a lot.

We meet with staff the first day and tell then what we want (e.g., coffee service each morning) and we tip them at the end of the meeting. Then, if they meet our expectations, they all get tipped again. Everybody wins. We get what we want, and they make money off of us. It's pure Capitalism at it's best.

FWIW - I'm not a Bernie fan either, too Socialistic for my tastes. I'm hoping Biden wins the primary.
