The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible - Arthur C. Clarke
While I have no concept of that level of wealth, learning to have one could be fun!

I'm not greedy, I'd settle for Bernie's 2.5 million.

Hmmm... Boys, I don't think Bernie did that well. Personally, I think everyone should be a millionaire by the time they retire. Heck, if you're born middle class and healthy - why not? We all have the same investment opportunities.

Not to derail this from the orginal focus,
but I just read this piece about Bernie. I choose that source to annoy Joe
That said, it leaves me with more questions than answers. Bernie didn't hold a regular job, or enjoy dependable income until being elected Mayor of Burlington at age 40---and he stepped into the world of high finance with a salary of $32,800.
I am left with a lot of questions about how he has "acquired" $2.5 million in that period of time while never holding what I would consider a high paying position---not to mention his professed socialism.

I'd have made it if not for that 1999 divorce, lost everything and couldn't start again because every time I did she would take me to court for more money. I just as of last Friday have no more obligations as far as kids go so at the age of 66 I'm not going to make it. My biggest concern is finding a place to live right now, it feels like the coldest winter we've ever had down here of all times.
