Matt Damon as Carol Shelby & Christian Bale as Ken Miles retelling the iconic (and mostly true) story of the grudge match of the title at Le Mans in the 60’s. We all know how that came out, but this retelling is better than I expected.
I rented it on Amazon Prime for $3.99 well spent.

I took the occasion of watching the above movie to prompt a viewing of a documentary on Carrol Shelby, Shelby American, I found on NetFlicks to fill in many of the parts the movie left out and got wrong. I recommend that one too. I think it has been mention here before, but it is good enough to mention again.

That was an exciting time in racing for me
I've mentioned this before but I have (somewhere) the complete press release package for the GT 40 at Le Mans. That alone had a significant cost. It includes many photos and volumes of technical data.
