We had Goldens, other than the endless job of cleaning up hair they are fantastic dogs---they even loved me. Whenever we had company, the female would run and grab a present to offer to our guest---most often she would return, tail wagging, with a pair of my wife's undies in her mouth

The commercials are about the only Super Bowl thing I want to see. Fortunately, the U of Utah shows them, without the game, in the Communications Department - my old hang out.

TV? Game? The wife will watch it. I Plan on being outside playing rather than sitting on my ass watching other people play

My son gifted us with a big new 75” 4K QLED tv last month. This year is the first time the Super Bowl will be streamed in 4K, which we look forward to seeing in that format. Actually getting it streamed is somewhat complicated for those of you with TVs that are equipped to play it though. You have to download a separate specific Fox Sports Ap to get it streamed. Oddly, the information I am getting on the ‘net is not certain that the commercials will be streamed on the 4K feed. In any case, the commercials and halftime show carry little interest with me...I like the football as a fan of the game. Should be a damned good game too.

Incidentally, I had some real complaints about the new tv because there was a great amount of glare on the screen from outside light. I closed all the blinds and watched in the dark for a month until my son noticed a small tab on the corner and pulled off the shipping protective film. Looks so much better now!

That qb from KC is a baller. Its like watching Michael Jordan in his prime. Thats why I will watch the game. And switch to golf at halftime. And play frisbee with Gus.

    Game over!...Team Fluff won a hard-earned victory!...
The annual anti-football event, which mostly centers on watching the pups tumble across artificial turf with chew toys — occasionally crossing the end zone, even — is the product of months of work. It starts in the summer when producers scout pups from animal shelters around the country. In terms of casting, it helps if the contenders like playing with toys and are sociable, but cuteness is the ultimate decider, showrunners say.

Because I watched the game on an app that streamed the game in 4K HDR, it was incapable of being DVRed, thus I had to watch the thing in real time. As a result, we watched the commercials and the halftime show too, something I always previously made a point of skipping — watching a football game in real-time is torture to me. I found most of the commercials to be boring as I thought commercials would be, but the halftime show was excruciatingly rank with detestable “music” and an extravaganza of utter bad taste, crotch thrusting lewdness. The 1/2 time show caused me to understand why the Muzzies hate us.

Well, I found it on youtube and skimmed through it. I'm glad I didn't pay to see that. I am curious about the stage, or set, or whatever it is called. It looked pretty cool. I would like to know how they were able to set it up and make it work in the short window they had.
