That’s the first I’ve heard of this new GM subsidiary brand....Hamtramck assembly plant to produce all-electric trucks and SUVs, as well as a self-driving vehicle unveiled by its subsidiary Cruise...
I’m going to assume the Hummer name will be used on an entirely new configuration, as the old original Hummer was notorious for unusable interior space. If electric motors at all four wheels, couldn’t they eliminate the old Hummer’s dreadful center tunnel box for drive shafts, which took up so much space?

Yeah, Joe - if they're going to do them again, do it right.
I've been in Moab with Hummers off-road. They were awful, a lot of broken front shafts, and we often towed them out.
