Also note that almost all of the recovery cases are in China. I have zero faith in some of those States providing real information. The margin of error has to be pretty generous here.

Disturbing for sure! It gave a link for ways to stop the farming/avoid the viruses etc... at the end of the video. How in the heck are we going to stop anything that China is doing? It can't include tariffs Dave's post in one of these threads blames Trump for the spread of the viruses because he won't drop the tariffs, Not slamming Dave I don't know how tariffs work either way so I don't know if he's right, wrong or still bashing Trump. And how many Americans are really connected to the China wet markets? We are not in court. You can wait for word in the NYTs if you desire, but I think they are still concentrating on their Trump/Russia collusion meme and have no time for minor issues such as the origins of the WuFlu. Like most of the MSM, I think they are rooting for the virus and invested in it to the extent it harms the political fortunes of their nemesis, Pres. Donald J. Trump. If the Chi-Com’s are responsible for releasing and seeding the virus around the world, it is not a story they relish investigating. We can count on you to report their reporting on the issue, I am sure.
I don’t necessarily vouch for news items I post here, so consider it a “heads up” on this one in line with the subject of this thread. Personally, I consider statements from a senator on the Senate Intelligence Committee about information on the origins of the flu to be news. Note that Sen. Cotton specifically did not “vouch” for the cell phone records either.

I'd suggest your "defense" is (at least in my limited understanding) is far too simple and in itself lacks anything approaching supportable facts.
What I have read, and tend to give more credence to, is the scientist who lave looked very closely into this claim and have been very definitive in saying this was not fabricated in a lab---anywhere. That does not preclude the possibility that the virus was isolated from some now unknown source and then escaped from the lab.
For the record, I have not read any of this in the NYT.

Do you not think that valid suspicions based on copious facts that the Chi-Com’s harvested a suspected virulent virus from a deep dark cave from known carriers for whatever purpose, then allowing it to escape into the public followed by their actions to conceal the event, “disappear” their reporting doctors and sealing their own cities, while seeding their carrier citizens to the four corners of the world is a proposition that should be investigated seriously and strenuously...and is important? One cannot get to the truth without asking the questions.
Is the world’s most important newspaper reporting on any of that? If they are, why did you not read it there?
