Putting a dollar value on the Presidency...

Gabbard hits Clinton with $50 million defamation lawsuit over 'Russian asset' remarks...
The result, the lawsuit says, is that Gabbard has lost potential donors and voters, with damages "estimated to exceed $50 million." In addition to those damages, Gabbard is seeking special and punitive damages "in view of Clinton's malicious and unrepentant conduct." She also seeks litigation costs and an injunction against further publication of the defamatory statements.
To my untrained mind, this seems to suggest that Gabbard expected a monetary gain from her campaign and her expected Presidency...That she seemingly was compelled to quit the race and those financial gains is partially put by her on the narrow shoulders of Clinton, and she further assigns the value of Clinton's responsibility to be $50M...

Interesting...I now wonder how much she'll bill me and all the other voters who never had any intention of voting for her in the first place......Ben

Former Presidents seem to do rather well these days. The Obama's have made an industry of it.

    Damn, my team is losing.

Ah yes, the perennial issue of government workers - how to make money from government while working for government.

My wife and I worked our A's off to gain rank, thus higher wages. It's interesting to see the younger family members attempt to do the same. Best of luck to them, for they will quickly learn that doing what's best on the job can also be hard on family time and life. But, heck - that's generally true of work in general.

This is getting good as politicians squabble with their own party members...
Hillary Clinton has now twice snubbed a process server attempting to deliver the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard, according to Gabbard’s attorney.
