SCOTUS Puts Obamacare Decision Off Past Election

The Democrats’ most fond hope and plan to ride a Supreme Court destruction of Obamacare into the 2020 election has been dealt a huge blow — SCOTUS has refused to speed up the decision on a lower court overturning of Obamacare as unconstitutional.

I do not know how many court members it takes to decide on an expedited docket call for a review of a lower court decision, but it is surprising to me that there aren’t enough liberal members voting to do so here.

Im not sure what to think. My initial reaction was that they lack courage and are wanting the voters to help them decide.
