Don't know about you guys but I am bombarded by spam calls. See this is the kind of legislation that can help folks. If they could stop the partisan infighting maybe they could actually look out for the people more..

Fortunately, I have an excellent call answering feature (XFinity) that learns robo-call numbers and ignores them. Still, I average 4 robo-calls a day, which I ignore.

I get a lot of robo-calls too, which I ignore and then block now that I have a phone that will do that...I read up on it and found that I can block entire exchanges or even area codes if I want to...A lot of these calls seem to come from the same exchange, they keep switching to the next number when I block one...The do-not-call list is a joke......Ben

This year’s project for my Police support council is educating people to cyber crime.. one of the different tasks that we face is getting Seniors to screen unknown calls through voice mail and getting Seniors to hang up on someone (spam)

On a funny note.. we have a regular spammer who had misprogramed their ANI (caller ID).. there is a space in the area code so that 703 becomes 7 03.. the space changes the syntax making the 7 a country code.. so my ID reads Russia.. this increases the likelihood of them speaking to “Mr. Click”
