I call it the Jennifer Aniston diet. Whenever I get hungry, I look at a picture of Jennifer Aniston and I forget all about food. As an added bonus, my heart rate goes up for an easy cardio workout.
That's great---just make sure you don't get discouraged and depressed from being ignored and start emotional binge eating
