    New Diet

    I've invented a new diet that is working really well for me. Not only have I lost 12 pounds in a short time, I also get a cardio workout without any effort on my part.

    I call it the Jennifer Aniston diet. Whenever I get hungry, I look at a picture of Jennifer Aniston and I forget all about food. As an added bonus, my heart rate goes up for an easy cardio workout.

    I could probably stand to lose a couple of pounds...Now all I have to do is figure out who Jennifer Aniston is...I've heard the name, but as usual I stand clueless......Ben

    So I did a Google search...Wikipedia says:
    Jennifer Joanna Aniston (born February 11, 1969) is an American actress, film producer, and businesswoman.
    IMDB says she's been in 64 movies, the only one of which I ever heard of was "Burke's Law" with Gene Barry...I used to watch that in the 60's I think, but she doesn't look that old...Maybe my tastes are just different, but I don't see anything great about her......Ben

    I'm an all day eater. I just snack. Can make a sandwich for lunch and eat half of it and the other half around 2pm....


    And, I'd let Jennifer polish my knob.
