    If This Isn't Terrorism.....

Maybe this most recent incident just 1 hour away from Eagle Pass, Texas will prompt Trump to act on his threat to declare the drug cartels terrorist organizations. And then, kill them.

Take a look at pictures of the aftermath.

The armed group of suspected cartel members stormed the town of 3,000 residents in a convoy of trucks, attacking local government offices and prompting state and federal forces to intervene. Ten alleged members of the Cartel of the Northeast were initially killed in the response.

A damaged pick up marked with the initials C.D.N., that in Spanish stand for Cartel of the Northeast, is on the streets after a gun battle between Mexican security forces and suspected cartel gunmen, in Villa Union, Mexico.
Apparently the criminals are so bold and unafraid of the law in Mexico, they feel they can advertise who they are on their vehicles...This one even has the Texas license plate on it from when it was stolen......Ben

If the Mexican government does not clean this up (and I don't think they will), we need to consider and be ready, to go in there ourselves.

I'm blocking on CDN my friends - what does it stand for?

I can't help but wonder whether any of the guns used in this attack by the drug-monkeys were sourced from Fast & Furious......Ben

Ahhh… there it is... "Cartel del Noreste, or Cartel of the Northeast, written in white on its door could be seen on the street in an Associated Press photo."

With the Texas license plate still on the front I'm wondering if it will be recognized by its owner, or maybe the plate came off some other vehicle...It looks like someone had started to obscure it with a rattle-can of black primer and may have run out of time (or paint)......Ben

I have a trip to Rosarito Baja planned for New Years Eve celebrations .... When we go down we avoid Tijuana like the plague (traffic sucks and I never feel comfortable in that town) so I transit the boarder at Tecate and cut across northern Mexico.

I feel very safe in the Baja. Especially the further south you go. Ensenada can be a bit sketchy but just stay in the tourist areas and it's all good. South of Ensenada and I never worry.

I was thinking of a clandestine insertion of a couple of SEAL teams since Mexico doesn't want any help. But, the Marine way would work, too. The downside is we would probably start a war with Mexico that way.

Hmmm, maybe that is not a downside. Clean the whole place out.
