    Schiff’s Whistleblower Named

The name everyone in Washington and the MSM have known for weeks has now leaked publicly, so us peons are brought in the loop — Eric Ciaramella. Read about his history and ties here first —

Deep swamp creature, naturally. He was allegedly even there assigned by the NSC to be at the side of VP Joe Biden when he extorted Ukraine to pull the prosecutor of his son’s employer.

Did you expect anything less from the crowd that vowed to impeach him before he was sworn in. NO PRESIDENT could ever stand up to the barrages being fired upon Trump by the Dems and their media allies. Trump will not be the first. Sad day for the country and the Executive Branch will have lost the balance of power. Trump with all his warts, arrogance, big mouthed bully attitude is mere childs play compared to the corrupt Dem controlled deep state and their allies in the media.

I have to assume you have learned this tactic in the legal profession---when unable to counter the testimony of an opposing witness---shame them, slander them, discredit them---no need for truth---just hope to build doubt.

It is a tactic employed by the political extremes on both sides as well, since you find ammunition and kinship in the rabid right fake news sources you always seem to drag them in for support.

Apparently, trump has learned the same tactic---after hanging around lawyers for years he never misses a chance to slander anyone who gets in his way.

You recently did the same "hit job" on Ambassidor Taylor. I dare say, if Ambassador Taylor were to apply for a position in your law firm you would fly his CV at the top of your page---proclaiming his unquestionable character and patriotism. Apparently, a lawyer can have it both ways, hey?

You might want to get to work fabricating more slanderous attacks against an ever increasing spectrum of these despicable and unprincipled people

    From the WSJ:

WASHINGTON—A top official with the National Security Council plans to tell House impeachment investigators that he was concerned by President Trump’s July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying that the president’s request to have the Ukrainians investigate Joe Biden and his son may have been interpreted as a “partisan play.”

Alexander Vindman, an Iraq war veteran who currently oversees Ukraine policy at the NSC, will be the first official with firsthand knowledge of the phone call at the heart of the impeachment inquiry to testify when he appears before House investigators on Tuesday.

According to a statement obtained by The Wall Street Journal, Mr. Vindman also plans to tell investigators that the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, told a Ukrainian delegation in early July that the government in Kyiv needed to deliver specific investigations to secure a meeting with Mr. Trump. The statement says that the July 10 meeting was cut short by then-national security adviser John Bolton, which corroborates with what others have testified to.

Neither the White House nor Mr. Bolton responded to requests for comment Monday.

“Following this meeting, there was a scheduled debriefing during which Amb. Sondland emphasized the importance that Ukraine deliver the investigations into the 2016 election, the Bidens, and Burisma,” the statement says. “I stated to Amb. Sondland that his statements were inappropriate, that the request to investigate Biden and his son had nothing to do with national security, and that such investigations were not something the NSC was going to get involved in or push.”
You need to get busy on Mr Vindman---beat the rush---get out there early

Your arguments cannot get around the undeniable fact that Joe Biden spit in our faces with an open blackmail plot with our money to protect his druggie son selling his name and ultimately feed his company million$ that money. Impeachment of the president whose job it is to clean up such is ludicrous.

My friend---I need not tell you that our opinions are like something else we all have

BTW Joe, if anyone believes they can bring a case against Biden and/or his son for something they did in 2016, by all means---have at it.

That however, does not change the growing case against trump having crossed the line of both ethics and law by attempting to extort a "service" from the President of Ukraine.

If you object to the use of the word "service", can we agree to use "pay to play"?

Dave, The articles, what to me ,biggest problem with all of the statements being said about the " phone call " [ of which only a small portion has been released ].

The statement ...WASHINGTON—A top official with the National Security Council plans to tell House impeachment investigators that he was concerned by President Trump’s July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying that the president’s request to have the Ukrainians investigate Joe Biden and his son may have been interpreted as a “partisan play.”

Containing the words .... MAY HAVE.... A subjective statement for anyone, non declarative and open to interpretation by any and all .
I believe that even our esteemed lawyer members will agree with me that you cannot convict a person with a " may be " or may have . XXXX MAY HAVE robbed a bank so lets convict him... that ain't gonna fly. Trump walks.
Individual rights are protected only as long as they don't conflict with the desires of the state .

I would not hang my hat on that defense IV. I would argue, that anyone's use of "may have" can be to avoid making declarations of law, which are likely outside their purview. I will on occasion do the same thing, depending on circumstance, even when I am sure of the law.

Keep in mind, this gentleman did not go outside his command structure in reporting what he witnessed. He was simply reporting what he heard, and sharing a concern within his chain of command.

Here you are Joe---a ready made smear job on a man who yesterday was a member of our military and a decorated patriot.

Laura Ingram attacking a person like this with no proof is frankly---despicable.

Am I suppose to apologize or own what some pundit said about Col. Vindman? Is it somehow to impinge my own arguments? I think not.
The simple fact is that what we know of Vindman’s testimony (which is little because of the unwarranted secrecy) is that he confirms what we all have known for 6 weeks with the release of the official “transcript,” as contained in the NYTs piece — “ he had heard Mr. Trump ask Ukraine to investigate his Democratic political rival.” That is undisputed and of no concern to me because Biden’s bragging begged for the request. Of course Vindman embellished what we know when he gratuitously changed a simple request into what he termed a demand. Check the transcript and report to us the wording wherein Trump “demands” anything. The Colonel’s “concern” does not mean a thing in the scheme of things. He is entitled to concern his little heart out, but the president’s foreign policy prerogatives take precedent over his ideas — or Nancy Pelosi’s and Adam Schiff’s too about how to conduct foreign policy. We get that they do not think Donald J. Trump should be president, but he is and they are not with consequence he gets to set foreign policy.

Incidentally, unless Vindman, a man demonstrably opposed to Trump’s interests, has testified and disputed the content and extent of the “transcript,” which has not been reported to my present knowledge, then such failure of a man hearing the call in real time shoots to hell your theory that there was a quid pro quo in the call but was somehow redacted or overlooked. Another incidentally — I do not care if there was a Trump quid pro quo, as that is standard operating procedure in foreign policy negotiations. We seldom give something to foreigners without wanting something in return, unless it is to Israel, which seems to get a special freebee status.

Joe your argument is strong but it doesn't really matter because if the Democrats lose the argument on the Ukrainian impeachment bul**** they will just load up and wait on the Attorney General in New York to unload some more bull**** on Trump. It's never going to stop haters going to hate. We'll see where that gets them.
