The Belgian Malinois are the military dog breed of choice today. My friend found an abandon one and he was a wonderful companion to him until the day my friend died. His dog gave him great comfort in his illness. Conan is the most handsome one I can remember seeing and obviously superbly trained. I would love to meet her.

I had a Mrs. Miller for my 5th grade teacher at Sanger Avenue Elementary School. All I remember her saying was, “Joe, go into the cloakroom until you learn how to live properly with the rest of the class.”

You too---I spent a big part of the 5th grade in the cloakroom also. Being out of sight, I continued my same bad behavior, mostly unobserved.
