I don’t think the letter is acknowledging a British request for a warrant, Mike, I think it was a notice to Boris Johnson, then the British Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the FBI/DOJ’s FISA application to extend the first FISA warrant and Project FULSOME was the name the FBI GCHQ/CSO division used. This letter is indicia of a cooperative arraignment between the FBI and the Brits to target Trump. In other words, a project to inject foreign aid into a American election - precisely the stuff the Democrats keep yelling about.
