I haven't taken the time to do an exhaustive search---but my cursory search turned up many with a blind trust---including Carter, Reagan, GWH Bush, Obama. and not being included in this list does not mean they did not have a blind trust---which went all the way back to Washington.
Interestingly enough, Clinton was not mentioned in my quick search---but then when they moved to DC they used a U-Haul

If one carries the imprimatur of no emoluments to its illogical extremes - which Democrats presently argue for - then no president who produces any personal goods or services can sell them, as in today’s markets everything sold will inevitably reach and be bought by some foreigners. The better argument devolves to whether such purchases serve to bribe the official in his/her decisions. That, after all, is the true reason for the prohibition.

No sir----if memory serves me correctly they took AF 1 (retitled to some lesser craft) ---so they could clean it out when they got to their destination---as I recall the dishes, crystal, silverware, towels and all the "W" keys from the WH were offloaded.
