    Post the fact

Dave, or anyone that can. If you would, please cite one instance of Trump asking for a quid pro quo in the transcript that was released.

Also, please remember that regardless of what is being said, Biden IS NOT [ at this time ] in an electoral fight against Trump. He will not be an opponent until the Democrat machine says just who Trump will be going up against in the general election .

Well, I have seen no reliable source (if such a thing still exists) that makes me believe there was a "quid pro quo".

I'm not sure, but I think I would rather run against Biden than Pocahontas. I think most folks know they are both idiots but Pocahontas will draw the female vote just because she is female and some male votes because of the novelty of being the first female president. It would be like the Obama election - he had no qualifications to be president, but he drew the black vote and more just because he would be the first.

It seems obvious that there was more than one instance were trump introduced the idea of quid pro quo---but I have argued that in another thread so please follow that one.

Keep in mind that the "complete transcript" that trump promised was no such thing. The time it takes to read the entire transcript (of notes) at a conversational speed is just over 10 minutes. The entire call is said to have lasted about 30 minutes. So---what happened in the "lost" time---heavy breathing

Just for the record---I am not prejudiced (defined as: preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.) against trump. Rather my dislike and distrust of trump is based on factual experience over a long period of time.

As for defending Biden--I'll pass that to someone who might be vested in that argument---I'm not.

How can anyone make a judgement on who or whats going on? When all the bull roar settles down then make that judgement.

My friends, I would hope our members do not continue to use derogatory labels like "Pocahontas" in our political threads.

Although that label was self-anointed by her, Hunter, I agree that it adds nothing to the discussion and should not occur here...The only worse label would be President Warren, which would be a derogatory insult to the executive office......Ben

OK, my bad. I urge others not to use derogatory terms and then I go and do it myself. Thanks, Hunter for pointing it out.

Hey, stop scaring us! We'll decide (somehow) which politicians we allow to defile us.

As usual, Mike, you demonstrate why you're the leader of this bunch.

I have never seen anything wrong with the time-honored American standard of derogatory labels. We can take it. A short reading of American history will bear me out.

Not a leader, just a facilitator. I do my best to give my friends a place where we all can discuss pretty much anything. It is all of the members that make this the place that we can all enjoy.
