Are those props the "standard props" or are they a step up for carrier operations?

Wikipedia says C-2's primary function is carrier/land shuttle...All C-2's were upgraded from four to eight blade props in 2010......Ben

They also have a range of 1,500 miles, so a carrier doesn't have to be close to a land base to send or receive......Ben

This is the C-2's educated counterpart, the E-2C from which the C-2 was developed...Notice the slimmer fuselage on the E-2...The C-2 was widened from the original design to accommodate passengers and cargo...The C-2 can transport complete jet engines from ship to shore as needed...E-2C performs EWAC duties at sea......Ben
