There is no connection between what I signed up with 54 years ago, and while change is to be expected, a rush to extremism and abandoning the core principles that Republicans once embraced is not.
If trump does anything worth while for the party I hope it causes a rethinking of philosophy and returning to some of those core values.

I just took the time to read the entire piece by Mr Will. I wanted to stand up and cheer. He has said in writing what I have been feeling far more eloquently than I could do. Thank you Mr Will for being my spokesman
