I’ve been a sucker for Space Aliens visiting us since I was a young squirt in 1951/and saw my first sci-fi epic. Just look above at my avatar. Well, sightings of UFO’s have never slacked off, but have lately reached new levels of believability as U.S. military aircraft have improved avionics which see and record the things on a regular basis. They do things our technology cannot approach and which our scientist cannot explain. (You can insert weird space music here)
Tossing aside the freaks and charlatans of which there are many, the basis for evidence of visits is there. Now, even reputable scientists are addressing these anomalies. Recently, Michio Kaku, a well-known science writer, media personality and professor of theoretical physics at the City University of New York Graduate Center, made it known he had a change of thought on the subject. “We’ve reached a turning point,” Kaku said. “It used to be that believers had to prove that these objects were from an intelligent race in outer space. Now the burden of proof is on the government to prove they’re not from intelligent beings in outer space.”
For decades of my life, it was mere speculation that other planets circled other stars. That has been put to rest by observation. In the last few years thousands of planets have been observed in the golden life sustaining zone conducive to life as we know it. Water has been recently detected in some atmospheres.
We are still waiting for that craft to land beside the Washington Memorial with Klaatu and Gort to appear with their admonitions and warnings, but just imagine our world if any such revelation(s) should occur.
