He looks orange because he has a fake ass weird dye/bleach job on his hair and he wears odd makeup. I sometimes wonder if he knows just how weird he looks.

I think he looks orange partly because of his hair dye, but mostly because of his fake spray tan. Ya'll remember George Hamilton (the orange actor)?
