Back to the original subject---if trump would have really cared about the miners (other than votes) he would have told them the reality of their situation and advanced a plan to help them transition into the next phase of their life---all this has done is offered them an opportunity to languish in a sad fantasy.

The company I retired from did much of the infrastructure at Kayenta including topsoil stripping and replacement, conveyor and hoper facilities, and much of the railroad to Page. Yes, an era is coming to a close. I will still keep looking to find out what happens to the 30,000 acre feet of water rights but I dont hold out much hope.
