An embarrassment of riches

Check this out. My farm is in a quasi rural area. There are a few nice houses here and there but mostly country folks. Then here comes this guy into town and builds this monstrosity whose property backs up to mine on the other side. He started a junk yard business in town. This is the weirdest deal I have ever seen. Check it out..............certainly not for me but it's different to say the least.

Count your blessings. I had to sell my farm when the #&*! school district bought the virgin acreage right across my fence line to my farm and commenced to build a two story high school, a middle school and a football stadium. The high school turned out to be approximately 100 yards from my house with their giant air conditioning works right against the fence, when it was finished after I sold the property at a $600,000 loss from the existing contract before they announced plans. My buyer offered to buy the property, but the school district refused to sell, or even move their siting off the fence line.

That house is tacky. Fixtures off-center, shims not hidden plus much more. It looks like a guy that was used to building $100,000 dollar homes decided to build a big one with the same carpenters. Not well done and that's just looking at pictures.

Yeah I could find a bunch of ways to spend 3.5 than on this weird house.
