In a very few circumstances it can safely be said an accused or suspect can be said to be “exonerated”...perhaps when that person was dead or in prison when the bank was robbed...but in virtually all situations, possible guilt cannot be excluded no matter what facts were otherwise developed. Here, despite arguably the most thorough investigation in the history of investigations with
    unlimited funds and time,
19 dedicated and experienced Democrat Trump-hating prosecutors,
    2800 subpoenas,
    500 witnesses interviewed and threatened,
numerous criminal indictments against Trump associates with attendant offers of deals to give up information for freedom,
open access to government electronic surveillance,
    50 assigned exclusive FBI agents...
the investigation turned up Butkus on the charge of conspiracy with the Russians.

But, as Robert Mueller and the people running him are quick to point out, there could, might possibly, perhaps still be some fact out there somewhere of such an occurrence, thus “no exoneration.” To exonerate would be to exclude all possibilities...a virtual impossibility.

So now, Trump’s opponents go from the dead real charge to “obstruction“ saying even if innocent the accused is a criminal for confronting his accusers and maligning them despite the investigation going forward to a conclusion with no sign of hindrance.

Now I see, I didn't realize you were talking only about conspiracy with the Russians.

Was The Seeming Dementia Displayed By Robert Mueller A Studied Ploy And Rouse To Avoid Answering Legitimate Questions On The Origins Of His Probe?

I think the questions raised in the article are worth considering. Is Mueller a mentally-challenged stooge or was he dogging it on purpose to avoid the real questions?
