The five suspects are: Jonathan J. Quinty, 37, of East Greenville, Montgomery County; Rachel A. Andershonis, 26, of Bensalem; Robert A. Mansfield, 48, of Philadelphia; Antonio R. Green Jr., 31, of Bensalem; and Thomas A. Macrina, 40, of Warminster. All but Macrina have also been charged for driving without a valid license, court records show.
Collectively, they owe more than $66,000 in tolls and penalties from hundreds of trips on the turnpike, prosecutors said.
