    Fred, this is for you...

I recall reading of your adventures in model railroading in the past, Fred, and thought of you when this popped up on YouTube......Ben

What an amazing train set. The attention to detail is impressive.

One of the things I noticed is how the locomotive paint is not shiny, like it's used and well-worn. My HO sets are shiny, as plastic tends to be

I saw that the other day, Thanks Ben. That scale is 1/20 or what they use in outdoor gardens. Just amazing details.

My guess is he's retired.......That's crazy stuff. I could never achieve that level of attention to detail. I'm all thumbs when it comes to the small stuff like that.

At one time my hands were steady for work like that...I recently found out I'm now worthless at soldering wires and terminals in tight places...My hands are too shaky now...I think it came packaged with the gray hair...I had to resort to crimp connectors......Ben

That is remarkable. Oddly, the things that I kept dwelling upon were the most minor things in the detail of the scenes such as the weeds, broken windows & fences and the butchered squirrel. I can’t imagine how many hours it took.
