Getting back to the core issue----how long do you think Kim could continue blowing up bombs and shooting off missiles?
That costs money---money that Kim does not have--he clearly could not have continued with that ploy.
Even Russia, had run out of money to play the game---and that was obvious to anyone who saw Russia from the inside.
BTW---how many of Kim's promises from the first "summit" have come to fruition---and not simply smoke and mirrors?
