    getting my fitness back

today was the first pain free day on the ankle

upper graph is mileage covered the last 28 days . First Tuesday in May is when the cast came off ( prior to that is distance walked on crutches). I believe in aggressive rehab.

second graph is my mileage walked in the last 7 days

    Good job, TG.

My re-hab plan isn't so aggressive. It primarily consists of going for a long walk at least once a day. Some days have bad weather, but it's got to be done.

I keep getting disgusted at how weak I am as to before I went to the hospital. I'm up to five pull-ups wow! I could do twenty with out breaking a sweat with my tool belt on before I went in the hospital. I've had a few other problems but damn five pull -ups and an equally sorry number on everything else. It sucks to lose it all at once, yea I know, boo-hoo.

Good luck with the PT. Do have a favorite fitness/gps app? I'm just waking to the cool gps stuff (particularly map overlays) that has come along in the last 10 years.
