    Anybody getting any hummingbirds yet

I've had my feeders out for about a week and no takers. It's my understanding that they should already be here from their journey across the Gulf of Mexico

They have been here for a long time.

By latitude I'm probably about 250 to 300 miles north of you guys so maybe they'll get here soon.

They just started showing up at my place but i won't put any feeders out until it quits freezing in another couple of weeks. Them and the purple martins show up around the same time. I have a family of martins that comes back every year to make a mess of things around my house. I look forward to their return every year and always stop and wonder where they have been every time they return

Mine show-up the last two weeks of April---seemingly independent of the weather.

So far this year I have only seen two. Got no idea where the construction zone and required detour is.
