    2020 Corvette

In what will be the most anticipated arrival for an American car in many a year the 2020 Vette is due to be unveiled very soon and be on sale by the end of the year. If the link below is any indication of how the final product will look I think this will probably be the best selling Vette ever. I have owned two over the years and loved them both. I might be a candidate for a third when the dust settles and they work the kinks out of the new one.

I've been following this one also...When he was alive, Zora Arkus-Duntov always pushed hard for a mid-engine Vette...I'm sure he's looking down with pride at what's coming up......Ben

Yea I like that, they keep doing this kind of engineering the Europeans won't need review mirrors anymore.

I'll pass. My Father is a huge vette fan and buys a new one about every other model year. I've had fun driving them at track day but as a daily driver why bother.

I've always liked the style of them...When my wing rotated back to New Mexico in '68, my buddy brought his '62 roadster out there from home, and I got to drive it once...It was the most uncomfortable ride I ever had...There was no way to get my legs adjusted to where they weren't tied in knots, but the girls sure paid attention......

When I mechaniced for a living, I roadtested each one I worked on, but they were all uncomfortable for me...I really like the looks of the mid-engine version, but I don't think I'll be standing in line to try one out...I'll just live vicariously while you rich guys tell me about yours......Ben

No way would I ever give up my Lexus for my daily commute but I have to admit that Corvette would look awful nice in the driveway and to cruise around on the weekend

Hmmm... it does not look good for a stick in the new Vette.

I keep reading that Chevy and it’s dealer are currently waaay overstocked on the current Vetes and are dumping them at great price reductions in anticipation of the new generation.

Not my cup of tea at my advanced age though.

And that $62,580 is just to get you in the door, they sold that one.
