I just changed services and I've now got 121.7 download and 121.4 upload. Upload seems way high so I'going to do another. It's supposed to be 100 MG. This time, different tester I got 121.1 download and 120.5 upload. Whoopee I've got fast internet does me no good but it's better than having to wait I suppose.
