I'll vote for Trump if he's running against a wacko, keeping in mind that he's a wacko also. He is getting more done than any other president in a while......... if he could just keep his mouth shut.

I’m wondering if anyone here will stand up and defend any one of the list in the OP?

I think you got this one in the wrong column Joe:

    *Supreme Court packing

In the never ending race to pander and buy votes by D’rats, Sen. Elizabeth Warren has jumped the field and purposed debt forgiveness for almost all college debt — a move which is projected to be a $640 billion hit to the government. I will add that one to my list which keeps growing on a daily basis. How long before the other pander chiefs jump on board? No way Gillibrand is going to be out pandered. Corey Whatzname, he has to get on the free-bee train too.

Oops, looking back, I see I had already anticipated that give-away. These mook’s are so predicable.
One has to wonder if they sit around at night with their staffs mulling over what they can think of to promise to give away. One or the other has promised damned near everything and anything I can conceive already. How about free dope...yeah, that’s the ticket — free dope! Tit jobs? Hooray, free tit jobs. That’s something everybody will be in for.

Dave, here is just one excerpt. Former Attorney General Eric Holder said last week that the next Democratic president should “seriously” consider adding new seats to the court. At least two candidates have flirted with the idea. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York says she’s open to packing the court with reliably liberal justices. Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Ind., wants to go a step further, making the Supreme Court a 15-person affair. (His plan, based on an article in the Yale Law Journal, calls on five justices appointed by each party, and another five named unanimously by the 10 appointed justices.)

There are numerous articles by many different groups stating the fact that the dems should " pack " the S C.

IV----the desire to pack the court with activist judges exists equally on both sides of the political spectrum.

While I am at it---the ongoing cry from the rabid right about all those liberal activists judges ignore all those conservative activist judges. What is going on in loading the benches up with political bias of both kinds is despicable.

One of the best things GWB did in his presidency was appoint Justice Roberts as Chief Justice----now listen to the rabid right squeal

“Packing the Supreme Court” is a concept started by FDR in the ‘30’s, which is framed as Congress voting to increase the number of SCOTUS members while holding the office of president and then appointing/confirming the increased numbers to control a majority. Congress can alter the number of court members and the scheme only works if the same party has both the senate and presidency at the same time. Even FDR could not pass that one, and the concept died an ignominious death until revived in the last few months with this new breed of D’rats.

I agree with Dave on this one. I also think it is deplorable that any of the Judges who are appointed do not leave party affiliation its the door. When we the people can tell which way each of the Justices will go on any given case. Something is wrong with the system.

You have not been noting how some of the Republican appointed judges have been straying from the presumed line, I am supposing, and that includes the last of whom the left had a conniption fit trying to reject. The Democrat ones have formed a dependable hard left never-flinching line though.

The race of the clown car of Democrat pander-weasels is reaching a fever pitch. Comrade Warren has introduced a bill for reparations for gays ostensibly because for decades they could not file joint income tax returns. Question, Liz: shouldn’t polygamists be able to include all their spouses too? Don’t discriminate, Lizzie.

    https://www.theblaze.com/news/elizab...ay-reparations

Next, Comrade Sanders has called for forgiving the entire $1,600,000,000,000 (that’s trillon$, fellow taxpayers!) of outstanding student loans. How long will it be before he or another competing pander-monkey will one-up him by demanding reparations for all previous student loans...after all, is it fair that only present debtors be given this freebie? When you are in full reparating mode you need to go full hog, guys. Btw, my Huguenot ancestors in France were repressed, discriminated against and massacred in the 1500’s, and I think I should be at the front of the line for my reparations. Think of just the interest accrued.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

In a feeble attempt to keep up with all the proposed pandering freebie crap the candidates have been spewing out, I have revised the OP list trying to keep up —

*total government control of your health care (all)
    *open borders/sanctuary country (all)
    *Green New Deal (all?)
    *Reparations for Blacks (every one)
    *Reparations for Gays (Comrade Warren)
*Trump impeachment for crimes which did not exist (all)
*Supreme Court packing (Gillibrand, Buttigieg and probably most)
*free college tuition/forgive college debt (Sanders, Warren and probably most)
*government guaranteed make-work phony jobs (
    *Puerto Rican bailout then statehood
    *gun grab (all)
*late term & beyond abortion (just find one against)
*guaranteed universal income — $1K/mnth. to everyone (Sanders, Warren)
*dramatic increase in “earned income credit” give-away
*ban mining and oil&gas production on federal lands
    *end electoral college (all?)
*redistribute your wealth to others (basic Democrat tenet)
    *same day no-looky-see voter registration
*every criminal, even those on death row, gets to vote (Sanders)
*war on plastic & fossil fuels (all)
*a third gender designation on federal identification cards
*decriminalize pot and your drug of choice
*remove Iranian sanctions rejoin Obama’s Iranian Nuclear Deal Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) (all)
*rejoin Paris Climate Accords and reparations to ”third-world countries” for our rapacious energy production/use (all)
*force you to do business with and hire their deviants of choice (all)
    *embrace Muslim radicals/boycott Israel
*bowing to anti-Semite & racial charlatan Al Sharpton required (every damned one of ’em)
*soak the rich/higher taxes across the board (all)
*Social Security & Medicare for illegal aliens
    *end debate/limit free speech
*pander to, placate and enrich government employee unions
*ban “right to work” laws and force unionization on opposed workers, force dues to be spent on D’rat politicians
*end ban on gay men w/ history of recent gay sex donating blood (I forget which genius)
*radical change to agriculture to small farms from lg. agribusiness because commies have had such great luck with agriculture (Sanders)
*the federal government would give each voter $600 to donate to their favorite candidates (Gillibrand)
*waves of new regulations & exec. orders of gov. control (all)
*radical leftist appointments to courts & bureaucracy (all)
    *promises to cure cancer (Biden)
*”baby bonds” paid by government (the New Jersey nitwit)
*spearhead the alteration of U.S. from capitalist to socialist (name one that isn’t)

Feel free to add to the list, as I am having a hard time staying abreast of the D’rat drool and in some cases forgot which candidate made which promise or just forgot their name. In the case of O’Rourke & Gillibrand, they both can safely be said to back each and every nutty idea and claim it for their own. Come to think of it, you are going to have a hard time finding any of the 21 candidates that will not sign on & adopt any competing candidate’s give aways. I can hardly wait for the coming debates to add many more panders the candidates will spring on us and adopt from each other.
