    “Congestion Pricing” is just one of the left-wing elements in NY’s new budget deal, which is the first since the D’rats took over the state senate there. Unencumbered by any testy Republican opposition now, look for a wave of nutty “progressive” rants to become law in NY. If you are so unfortunate as to live there, move like my son just did.

    I read the article in the NYT yesterday, the access tax is not going to start until (I think) 2023. I just might retire by then.

    Added in edit---I got a chance to check that and the date is 2021. In all reality---an extra $10 a day isn't going to break the bank---who knows,parking might get cheaper
