    LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The Mueller report is out. It has been delivered to the AG. I don't know how long it will take for the results to trickle out but I am really anxious to see what he turned up during his long and detailed investigation. If anybody finds a source with information please post a link.

I'm betting he has nothing that amounts to anything other than what we already know.

I want to see how down and dirty he gets without actually finding a crime. I am going to look for inferences in the report. I am hoping it will start to trickle out very soon, hopefully not days.

I agree fully. In general, Americans want to know what the report says.

The AG said he hoped to brief some members of Congress this weekend on the main findings. Once it gets to Congress it will leak everywhere.

It's now breaking that there will be no further idictments coming from the Special Counsel. Reading the tea leafs that certainly means he found no prosecutable crimes by the Administration.

There is The Mueller Report, and there is the Barr Report on the Mueller Report, which are two separate things.

In fairness the AG ought to send the report to the Presidents team so that they can formulate a response before Congress gets it and uses every nuance in the report to smear the President.

My understanding is the controlling law only directs the AG to present a summary report to Congress, and Barr in his contentious confirmation hearing stated he would not confer with the president or his team on the matter.

The problem is that it is policy - and good policy - that derogatory information in an investigation is verboten to be released upon individuals not indicted, a policy that was flaunted by James Comey with regard to HRC...twice. The full report is bound to contain volumes of such information valid, invalid and scandalously invalid with little way to distinguish. In the end, the only job of the DOJ is to indict or not indict and let that alone serve as its voice. After that, the fact finder(s), judge or jury, decide the truth of it. It is not the job or right of prosecutors to dump vast quantities of diamonds/scurelous crap on the public in which to roll.

Anybody care to lose some money? I'll make a bet right here Mueller will be called before Congress by a democratic lead committee and he will be drilled and thoroughly examined and in the end maybe even criticized for not indicting Trump or his family members.

Where do we go from here? The House D’rats want to scour the earth wasting everyone’s time & resources (1) trying to prove the President was obstructing the investigation of a crime that did not exist (2) by a guy they wanted fired themselves because he investigated their candidate, (3) who had instigated the charge HerSelf with a bogus, and illegally acquired, phony dossier of lies provided by Russians and a Trump-hating Brit, and (4) was already investigated to death by a team of 19 ravenous and experienced Hillary supporters for 20 months invested with all the powers and money in the world, (5) but found zilch collusion/conspiracy. Yeah, that’s the ticket — let’s investigate until the next election!

I'm actually not really interested about a lot of the sideshow I just want to know what the report says about the president of United States colluding with the Russians. I want to know if he did or if he didn't because that means a bunch to me. Apparently he didn't do anything criminal but it still bothers me. I'm looking forward to see that information. I also hope that those here with opposing views please participate because this is a very important moment I think in our nation at this point

Well to sum it in a sentence or two it seems Mueller found no Russian collusion and made a no call on obstruction. The AG says no prosecutable obstruction. All and all a big victory for the President. Now we will see just how shameful the Dems will be in refusing to let go of the bone like a cur dog.

I think it says a lot about where our country is now when so many people are sad and even mad that the president of the United States was absolved from colluding with the Russians. Personally I am greatly relieved and happy that our president didn't do anything like that.
