I’ve read in the papers about a lot of court cases I know intimately from the inside. The reports seldom get close to the real essence and facts of the case. I venture there is a lot more going on here than is visible in this article...at least I hope there is.

Yeah that watchdog pseudo Federal Agency called the CFPB that Warren and Obama set up to screw the banks and other lenders does not seem to be working so good now. Glad Trump is rapidly moving towards gutting the agency.
