    10 Best Current Engines

Business Insider offers their choices of the ten best engines. I was unaware of most of them. Makes me want a few test drives.

I had two old BMW straight six’s in a series 7 & 6 back in the day before they started turbo-charging them or had 8-cylinder engines. They were infinitely smooth in their character, but way under powered. I’ll bet the new ones are much better, but cost of maintenance of my Bimmers drove me away from the mark. Now, cost of buy-in drives me away.
