    But her emails?

It's either wrong for everyone of either party in all cases or it's OK. none of the she is one of us comments to excuse actions is acceptable. A lack of consistent proper behavior by all sides chaps my hide. If you are supposed to use government systems for all government business then do it dammit, no lazy shortcuts that you have to try and excuse at a later date.

Advisor to the President of the United States
After Donald Trump's election, rumors swirled about the future role that Ivanka would play in her father's administration. In early 2017, she stepped down from her post at the Trump Organization; the organization also removed images of Trump and Donald Trump from their websites, in accordance with official advice on federal ethics rules.[83] In the early months of her father's presidency, some commented that she was filling a quasi-First Lady role[84] while First Lady Melania Trump remained in New York City (her son Barron completed the school year in New York before the First Lady moved to Washington);[84] Trump stated that she had no intention of being First Lady.[85][86]

After advising her father in an unofficial capacity for the first two months of his administration, she was appointed Advisor to the President, a government employee, on March 29, 2017. She takes no salary.[3] Prior to becoming a federal employee, she used a personal email for government work.[87]

Amid the contentious early months of her father's administration, some commentators compared her role in the administration to that of Julie Nixon Eisenhower, daughter of President Richard Nixon. Julie was one of the Nixon administration's most vocal defenders, and Trump defended the Trump administration and her father personally against a myriad of allegations.[88][89] Washington Post opinion columnist Alyssa Rosenberg wrote, "Both daughters served as important validators for their fathers."[88]

In early April 2017, the government of China extended trademarks to Trump's businesses.[90] On the same day, Donald Trump hosted Chinese President Xi Jinping at Mar-A-Lago and Trump and Kushner sat next to the Chinese leader and his wife[91] Peng Liyuan[92] at the state dinner.[93][94] Also during the visit, Trump and Kushner's five-year-old daughter Arabella "sang a traditional Chinese song, in Mandarin, [for Xi]. The video, which was lavishly praised by Chinese state media, played over 2.2 million times on China's popular news portal", Tencent QQ.[91]

In late April 2017, Trump hired Julie Radford as her chief of staff. Before the end of the month, Trump and Radford had plans to travel with Dina Powell and Hope Hicks to the first W20 women's summit. The W20 was organized by the National Council of German Women's Organizations and the Association of German Women Entrepreneurs[95][96] as one of the preparatory meetings leading up to the G20 head-of-state summit in July. At the conference, Trump spoke about women's rights; she was booed by the audience when she praised her father as an advocate for women.[97][98]

In a recent announcement, Donald Trump said that his daughter will lead the U.S. delegation to India this fall in a global support of women's entrepreneurship. In response to this announcement, an Indian diplomat was quoted as stating: "We regard Ivanka Trump the way we do half-wit Saudi princes. It's in our national interest to flatter them."[99]

Biographer and journalist Michael Wolff wrote a book that is based on numerous interviews with members of Donald Trump's circle. In an extract of this book, Wolff claims—but cites no sources—that Trump and her husband have reached a deal that "[i]f sometime in the future the opportunity arose, she'd be the one to run for president".[100]

She has also received criticism on Twitter for acting as Secretary of State after the firing of Rex Tillerson by meeting with the South Korean foreign minister.[101]

One thing you can bet on, is if it looks fishy enough, the media will be all over it 24 hours a day. You never have to worry about a Conservative candidate getting away with anything, the liberal MSM media as well as every other hot dog looking to make a name for themselves will have this plugged. From what I read the FOX link had this quote about the question. From what I gather this story is 14 months old, the MSM must have run out of thins to complain about and needed some space to fill.

"To address misinformation being peddled about Ms. Trump’s personal email, she did not create a private server in her house or office, there was never classified information transmitted, the account was never transferred or housed at Trump Organization, no emails were ever deleted, and the emails have been retained in the official account in conformity with records preservation laws and rules," Mirijanian said.

He added: "When concerns were raised in the press 14 months ago, Ms. Trump reviewed and verified her email use with White House Counsel and explained the issue to congressional leaders." Mirijanian told the Post that Trump had used a personal account prior to being briefed on ethics rules.

Now if a person emails a person that is using an official govt account, both sides of the conversation are automatically recorded on the govt acct. It should be very simple to review the official account and see what was exchanged. Also the server and phone used by Ivanka has not been wiped or destroyed so any info is there for all to see. I am sure a subpoena will be issued shortly by Schiff or some other Dem wanting to make a name for themselves and the mystery will be solved. Also taken from the Fox article...

Despite the distinctions between Clinton's email practices and Trump's, the Post reported late Monday that administration officials were "alarmed." The paper quoted Austin Evers, the executive director of a liberal advocacy group, accusing the White House of "obvious hypocrisy."

The Presidential Records Act requires that all official communication by White House officials be archived, and Mirijanian said Trump already turned over all such communications from her personal account months ago for that purpose.
The Post acknowledged later in its story that Trump's actions "could have" broken that law, after initially citing officials as saying that she had in fact violated federal rules.
Mirijanian explained that Trump used her personal account "almost always" for logistics matters, as opposed to more sensitive information that could implicate other federal laws.

“Like most people, before entering into government service, Ms. Trump used a private email," he said. "When she entered the government, she was given a government email account for official use. While transitioning into government, until the White House provided her the same guidance they had to others who started before she did, Ms. Trump sometimes used her private account, almost always for logistics and scheduling concerning her family."

White House officials have been aware since shortly after the beginning of the administration that Trump and Kushner had used private email accounts.
“The White House instructs staff to fully comply with the Presidential Records Act, and briefed staff on the need to preserve records,” a senior official told Fox News late last year.
Kushner used personal email in his first few months of the administration, Lowell confirmed to Fox News at the time. He said the emails usually involved news articles and political commentary. Lowell also said any non-personal emails were forwarded to Kushner's official account and "all have been preserved in any event."

Until it can be proven further, any and all emails either of them sent conducting official business, has been archived and is available. As far as any of the other accusations, if there was anything nefarious going on, besides the obvious, the Dems will be all over it. As fas as using Wiki and that Wolff guy, who was blasted by all sides for his book for it being an huge exaggeration and some of the points as outright lies.

Hard to compare someone who exposed national secrets categorized as beyond top secret and then destroyed much of the evidence, which was under Congressional subpoena with someone who did not do any of those things. Apples to oranges despite the hypocrisy.

Fred slid right past that one. I guess if Ivanka's scheduled meeting with her hairdresser or manicurist was a national top secret document, it would damn sure matter. If anybody really wants to see what was in them, they have been filed and archived....much different than having the server wiped and the device destroyed with a hammer, oh by the way that phone they took a hammer to was govt property.
