If ever in Charlotte, this is worth finding---this is down home soul food at it's best.
It is a typical southern cafeteria (meat and two in this case) with a wonderfully warm and welcoming staff serving delicious food.
I had ox tails served over rice with the brazing liquid, mac and cheese and collards. My wife had meatloaf and my son a pork chop---all were great.
....and no....we were not the only white folk there on a Sunday noon hour.
